SOLO MODE
CONCEPT
This type of a race is unique in Vietnam and will allow runners to run their longest distance EVER !!! The pace is not too fast, not too slow, so runners should get around 2 minutes rest after finishing their 3km loop. These two minutes rest are very important for runners in order to recover, drink and eat. Organizers will provide Pocari drinks, Water, Lecka Bars, Bananas, Watermelon, Ice (to cool down the muscles) and shades to assist with care the participants.
COOL FACT
Thanks to DU Uniform, runners will get a super cool Finisher T-Shirt. They will have their amount of loops printed at the back of their Finisher T-Shirt. DU Uniform's Staffs are coming with their heating/printing machine to stick the numbers on the back of runner's T-Shirts; a very unique et personalized experience.
RULES
1. First loop starts at 6:00 am
2. Runners have 20 minutes to finish the 3 KM loop.
3. If runners finish the loop in 17 minutes, they must rest 3 minutes before starting the new loop.
4. If runners finish the loop in 21 minutes, they are disqualified and their race is over.
5. The race stops when there is only one (wo)man standing.
6. If 3 runners reach the loop 42 (14 hours race - 126km), then a final loop must be run. The fastest runner completing the loop will be called The Last Standing (Wo)Man.
