The Last Standing (Wo)Man is a race for runners with great stamina. Runners must complete a loop of 3 km under 20 minutes to be authorized to run the next one.

3KM - RACE LOOP
Runners will enjoy the peaceful and beautiful streets of Swan Bay. The route is a 3 KM loop on concrete streets, no elevation.
Runners will get a full assistance at the Start/Finish line in order to reach their target. Bananas, Lecka bars, Water and Pocari drinks will be set up for runners at the Start/Finish gate. Shades will also be provided. |

RULES
SOLO MODE
1. First loop starts at 6:00 am 2. Runners have 20 minutes to finish the 3 KM loop. 3. If runners finish the loop in 17 minutes, they must rest 3 minutes before starting the new loop. 4. If runners finish the loop in 21 minutes, they are disqualified and their race is over. 5. The race stops when there is only one (wo)man standing. 6. If 3 runners reach the loop 42 (14 hours race - 126km), then a final loop must be run. The fastest runner completing the loop will be called The Last Standing (Wo)Man. |
TEAM MODE
1. Two runners to make a team (Runner A - Runner B). 2. Runner A runs the first loop, starts at 6:00 am 3. Runner B runs the second loop, starts at 6:20 am 4. If Runner A finish the loop in 17 minutes, Runner B must rest 3 minutes before starting the new loop. 5. If Runner A finish the loop in 21 minutes, then the TEAM is disqualified. 6. The race stops when there is only one Team Standing. 7. If 3 Teams reach the loop 42 (14 hours race - Runner A, 63km / Runner B, 63km), then all the runners A will run the loop 43 and the fastest runner will be called The Last Standing TEAM. |
